Try the new ESPA Strength and Resilience Massage combining aromatherapy oil, Yoga, deep muscle and acupressure massage as well as deep breathing to release tension, boost your energy levels and support your immune system.
They also have a range of wellness treatments including Sunlight Therapy, Dry Flotation, Reiki and Aromatic Thermal Massage. For true relaxation, try the Sleep Experience which combines dry flotation, glorious relaxing massage with ESPA Soothing Oil to calm mind and body and take home an ESPA Sleep kit to continue the experience.
Treat your body from the inside out in The Brasserie next to the spa and enjoy a healthy option in a sleek and stylish setting. The social lounge offers a place to relax pre-treatment, as well as a new mixology bar designed to cater to your individual skincare needs.
